1) Is the conference open for anyone?

No, it is not. Conference is available only for registered participant who will get username and password by online registration and paying the registration fee. Other users can not enter the online conference.


2) I would like to join the conference with others authors. Do I have to pay conference fee for every single author?

No, conference fee is for one registration with one article. It does not matter if the article has one or more authors. Only one Composite Book will be sent to registered participant.


3) I am going to join the conference with others authors. We would like to get two (or more) Composite Books. What to do?

If you and your colleges (other authors) want to get more Composite Books, every single author has to register and the conference fee. (Composite Book will be sent only to address of registered participant.)


4) Is there any age or academic limit for the conference participating?

No, there are no age limits. The Committee members do not restrict the participants by setting any upper age limit. There are also no academic limits for participating. Any individual representing the university (academic) sphere or any individual with professional experiences can participate in conference.


5) Can I join the conference with two (or more) articles?

Yes, you can.


6) Will all participants get the composite book with all articles?

Yes, they will. When the conference is over, all participants get not only the composite book, but conference invoice also. Composite book could be send on printed or CD version (depends on final number of participants).


7) Could any participant ask for an extra composite book?

Each participant will get only one copy of composite book. If there are extra free versions of composite books after conference, you can ask us for it. Our partner could also reissue composite books, but this step needs to be paid. The price depends on total number of requested books.


8) Who realizes the ECONFERENCE conferences?

Every single conference has its support teams consist of Guarantors (pedagogues, experts, company representatives etc.) and Program Committee. Full list of support team members is available on website of each conference.


9) Why are proceedings proposed for inclusion in the Scopus database?

Scopus is a multidisciplinary citation database of professional literature, which is a source of quality information and data for scientists, academics and librarians. The inclusion of proceedings in this database is beneficial both for conference participants (contributors) as well as for other users (readers), as it leads to greater information interconnectivity between the authors and users of professional literature.


10) What are the general procedures for including (indexing) proceedings in the Scopus database?

After a conference the proceedings are submitted to the operator of the Scopus database, who decides on whether to include particular proceedings in the database. The approval process is completely independent of the conference organiser, who is unable to actively influence the decision in any way.


11) Are all the texts from a conference always included in Scopus?

We cannot guarantee that proceedings will be included in the Scopus database. Inclusion depends on the future quality of texts and the final decision to include a text is always taken by Elsevier B.V. (the Scopus database operator). None of the conference organisers may intervene in this process, nor can they guarantee the eventual inclusion of a text in the proceedings. Naturally, we do everything we can to assure compliance with the indexing criteria.


12) May I also participate on conferences as a member of Guarantors or Program Committee?

Yes, you can. Electronic conferences are focused on effective way of organizing any conference. ECONFERENCE Team will be glad if you ask us for cooperation. (Every application is analyzed.) Our conferences provide a place for the research result presentation, possibility of getting active relations, mutual contact sharing etc. We appreciate if our teams have more members.


13) What is the Premium Code?

Premium Code is addressed only to those authors, who published scientific article or were active with development projects. Premium Code can be used only once without linkage to specific author. Premium Code is available by conference partners. The conference fee is lower by using the Code. (If you do not have the Code, please do not fill in number in the application - the Code is not obligatory.)


14) Can I ask for the confirmation of my conference participation?

Yes, every participant will get the confirmation of conference participation with all others documents (text book, invoice etc.).

The Werner von Siemens Award is a traditional competition for the best young brains and it is organised by Siemens Czech Republic (patronage over the International Masaryk Conference) in cooperation with the Czech Academy of Sciences, Czech Rectors Conference, Czech Technical University in Prague, Charles University and under the auspices of the Min. of Education, Youth and Sports and the Min. of Industry and Trade.


Aim of the Conference

The conference provides a place for the research result presentations for all applicants interested in business processes. MMK provides also possibility of getting active relations and mutual contact sharing.


Conference Process

All registered participants can take part in MMK conference who, on account of payment of the fee, shall receive codes for the system input that allows them to present their papers.


Committee

The presentation languages at the MMK conference will be Czech, Slovak, Polish and English languages. Every participant will receive a composite book with assigned ISBN after the conference is over.
